Welcome to TMS Outdoor. By accessing our website, purchasing training videos, or using our educational materials, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.

1. Our Products and Services

TMS Outdoor provides instructional video training covering field dressing, trophy preparation, taxidermy techniques, European mounting, and related outdoor educational subjects.

Products may be sold individually, as bundled collections, or through our Master Class Vault.

Unless otherwise stated, these products are delivered digitally and do not include physical merchandise.

2. Digital Purchases and Access

Purchasing a TMS Outdoor training product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the purchased educational content for personal use.

Access is provided through the delivery method and for the period described at the time of purchase.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership or copyright of the training materials.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original TMS Outdoor training videos, instructional materials, graphics, photographs, narration, and educational content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

These materials are owned by TMS Outdoor or used with appropriate authorization.

Without prior written permission, customers may not:

• Copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute training videos.

• Download content unless downloading is expressly authorized.

• Upload videos to YouTube, social media, file-sharing platforms, or other websites.

• Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute purchased content.

• Share purchased digital files or account credentials with unauthorized users.

• Claim ownership or authorship of TMS Outdoor materials.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in suspension of access and appropriate legal action, subject to applicable law.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers may be required to create an account to access purchased training materials.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

If you experience difficulty accessing your account or purchased training, contact TMS Outdoor for assistance.

5. Pricing and Payments

Product prices and applicable charges will be displayed before purchase.

Payment must be completed using an available payment method before access is provided, unless otherwise specified.

TMS Outdoor reserves the right to adjust prices or promotional offers for future purchases. Such changes do not alter the agreed price of a completed purchase.

No recurring charges will apply unless a subscription or recurring-payment arrangement is expressly disclosed and agreed to.

6. Refunds and Technical Difficulties

Due to the nature of digital educational content, purchases are generally final.

We do not offer refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, chooses not to use the training, or no longer wishes to retain access.

If purchased content cannot be accessed or played, TMS Outdoor will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem.

If we cannot provide or restore access within a reasonable time, a refund will be provided for the affected purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

7. Educational Purpose and Personal Responsibility

TMS Outdoor training materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Outdoor activities, hunting, field dressing, knives, tools, and taxidermy procedures may involve inherent risks.

Viewers are responsible for exercising appropriate caution, using suitable safety equipment, and complying with applicable hunting regulations, wildlife laws, and other legal requirements.

TMS Outdoor does not guarantee specific results from the techniques demonstrated in its instructional materials.

8. Website and Video Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain a functioning website and reliable access to purchased training.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers experiencing access problems should contact TMS Outdoor so we can investigate and assist.

9. Acceptable Website Use

Visitors and customers agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized account access, interfere with website security, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

TMS Outdoor may take reasonable action to prevent misuse, including restricting access where appropriate and permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
